许士才，德州太阳app教授，泰山学者青年专家，享受国务院特殊津贴。从事纳米材料、物理、生命科学等多学科交叉研究，包括二维纳米材料制备、生物传感器研制、电学及荧光传感方法构建及在分子、细胞、类器官等分析检测中应用等。近年来以第一或通讯作者在Nature Communications、ACS applied materials & interfaces等期刊发表学术论文25篇，当前被引用2300余次，谷歌学术h指数28。获授权发明专利11项。获山东省青年科技奖、山东省自然科学奖二等奖（首位）、山东高校科学技术奖一等奖（首位）等。

Dr. Xu Shicai, professor of Dezhou University, Taishan scholar young experts, enjoys the special allowance of the State Council. He is engaged in multidisciplinary research in nanomaterials, physics and life sciences, including preparation of two-dimensional nanomaterials, development of biosensors, construction of electrical and fluorescence sensing methods, and application in analysis and detection of molecules, cells and organoids. In  recent years, he has published 25 academic papers as the first or corresponding author in journals such as Nature Communications, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, which have been cited for more than 2300 times and H-index is 28 according to Google Scholar. Shicai has 11 invention patents. He has won Shandong Provincial Youth Science and Technology Award, Shandong Provincial Natural Science Award Second Prize (the first accomplisher), Shandong University Science and Technology Award First Prize (the first accomplisher) and so on.
